i just bought a 73 that was originally elkhart green but was painted red at some time . the good news is that it does need paint the better news is that it will go back to green some day !! not sure if i like elkhart green tho. brands hatch or british green is the shade that i prefer. that said is it considered a sin to not go back to original? just going to be a driver not a show car.

Here is my 81. Technically, this is Metallic Dark Blue, but I've always thought it was misnamed. It's a teal, and if anything, has more green than blue.
