Here is a pic from when the exhaust first arrived...the Corvette will be Noah's anyway, so getting him into it early.





Just after this picture, I showed him how to hold the shifter with his right hand and he did, then shifted from 1st to 2nd to 3rd!

yeah, this car is more of a side project...my 67 Camaro is my serious build, got the Corvette cheap so couldnt pass it up...

had to flatten out a bump on the hood to allow for the hinge to mount flush...

My point exactly!! The Corvette is a budget build, but at the least I am trying to make sure everything going in the car gets freshened up to some degree.

I sandblasted the hinges, then used a mix of gold, silver and bronze to create a plated look. I hope you like!

Gently rolled lip on tank in order to make it go back in easily, these pics were taken before I wire wheeled and cookie wheeled the whole tank, next it is off to the radiator shop to be boiled, cleaned inside and out.
