I snapped these this afternoon, didn't feel like backing them out after changing the 4x4's oil in 92 degree heat. last pic is my guard cat!

Except for a few minor dodads...they both are just the way they came from Bowling Green and have always been garaged!

:o Thanks, guys.
Ole Murphy is 19 1/2 lbs and thinks he's my dog! If I'm doing something he's with me.
The only things non stock on the 81 are shift ****, radio (original 8 track is in attic) and mufflers. Outside of that she still has everything from still flexible A frame covers to the grease pencil assembly line numbers on inside of hood. I just rebuilt the computer controled Rochester on it.
Only thing changed in the 84 is the Bose got replaced years ago cause my wife didn't like it.

Nice Vettes, and I know all about the heat you're feeling (mirror weather in Houston area).

Nice rides! Arent you ever afraid that he's gonna jump up on the hood and scratch your paint? The only reason why I ask is I heard a horror story about that happening to another owner, I always keep the garage door down, live out in the country with barn cats always nosing around.

Never had that problem...Murph is respectful, but we have Bob the manx...he ecsapes into the garage and his favorite roost is the '81 glass top....but I've never had any scratches....Probably cause the crates are always waxed and never go outside?????? But I know what your talking about...a friend has lots of scratches, but they're due to dogs!
