My wipers do not work.

I read some of the previous wiper problem posts which are very helpful.

I bench tested the motor, checked the fuse and replaced the main switch on the dash with one that works from another 72 that I have.

I am not getting continuity (ground) from the light green wire (in the three prong connector) that goes to the motor. Where does this wire lead back to?

I'm not a great wiring troubleshooter so any details will help.
