I installed PVC slatwall around my garage. It waterproof and has infinite hanging ability. It's stronger than peg board and looks cleaner when not in use.

You can kind of see it in the back of the picture.

I also have a frig and DirectTV which makes it liveable.

You or the realtor?

No added value is a kind way of saying it brought the price of your property down.

Could "no added value" also mean that there's no increase to your property taxes by having an out building on your property?

The third stall shares space with two cycles. The attic is for storage of the "junk"

I might be mistaken..
But I believe that I recognize a couple of the cars in the garage.
If I am right they belong to a gentlemen in Texas (Houston I believe).
He posts under the name "Streetking" goes by S.W. he is on a couple of other forums that I visit.
He owns an exotic car dealership. He also owns multiple Ferraries,Viper
etc.. Cool guy always has project cars being built..

Heres mine, It's getting pretty functionnal, piece by piece.

Most of the time when I work on the Vette, I get the bikes out so I have more than enough room to play.
The workbench is a steel plate 36inch wide by 8ft long and 1/4inch thick with a 12inch backsplash also 8 ft long and 1/4 thick welded to it. And underneath is a 5/8 plywood. The shelving unit is leveled and bolted to the floor with using 5/8inch bolts.
I can pound the crap out of it and it'll never move.
This is a pic taken a couples of weeks ago. Now the Vette is on the other side. I made room for the wife's Mustang GT for the winter.
Yeah the Stang get in the cold too when I work on the Vette.

Twin turbo, what's covering the floor? Is it painted or just a coat of somekind of sealer?

I can only work on the cars when it isn't raining.

Here's a few pics of my garage, I'm going to be re-organizing it over the next few weeks. Once I'm done I'll post new pics of how it looks after. I don't have all the cars in pics anymore, some have been sold, but it's dark and I'm too lazy to get pics of how it looks at this exact moment out there.

One single bay out of a three-car garage, but I somehow manage

A shop is on the house-mods list, it won't happen for a couple more years though

Budman,
What is PVC Slatwall, where does one get it and what is the cost compared to Pegboard or sheetrock?
Is there any special prep for the walls needed when using the PVC or does it just mount to the bare studs?
Thanks for any info.
I am looking to insulate and finish my garage which is now just bare studs.

You all have to many cars. If you got rid of a few, you'd have plenty of room.

At least, that is what my wife tells me all the time. I just think I don't have enough garge.

As a matter of fact most of your dream garages I would consider even more functional as you can find what you are looking for quickly and easily.....just my two cent.
