Here's my '69 in spring 1970 w/ the original owner & family
... he told me he had the dealer install the luggage rack so he could strap on a pair of battery powered Corvette Kiddie Cars he bought from the dealer for each of his small daughers.

This is from 1975 at my parents house.. this 65 BB car did have a crazy hood on it and a wild multi color paint job done by a well known painter in the area Mike Farley .. my father decided to put the stock hood back and and paint it to solid white... you can still see the fatty tires and fender flares though
