I bought a repro 68 brake console from Mid-America and one from Dr. Rebuild. It turns out both were made by EC Products. My opinion is that the appearance is very poor. The original external surfaces have a leather like texture imprinted. The EC Products repro has a rough scratch like appearance. I'd really like to get an original umblemished or good quality repro. I was so proud that my original lasted 38 years, until last year, I accidentally placed my elboe on it and pushed to get out of the car....crack!!! Wonder if I can cover my EC Products repro with vinyl plastic sheeting and make it look closer to original.

I'm new here, and just love this forum! I'm trying to find the seal strip (not the weatherstrip) that is attached to the front edge of the T-top stainless trim located above the windshield. No one makes a replacement seal (I've heard that the entire stainless strip is available). My seal is dried out and falling off in pieces ('70 Coupe). Wondering if I should try coating the seal with black silicone ... any ideas?

Vert deck lids and hinges. They're not re-popped. You can find 'em, but the price is drifting upward every time one sells.
The polished stainless steel trim along the top of the windshield for a vert. I've bid on two on e-bay, and have been honestly and fairly outbid on both. I'm about to watching what these bring the few times they're listed....
