Doesn't look like there is a parking garage there to me.
700 Pacific St. Brooklyn, NY, The buildings are there, but unless the entrance is around back on Dean St. Near the corner of Dean and Carlton. Some bodies car is blocking the entrance to the underground parking garage. There are cars lining the entire side of the street in front of the building.
Reports go back as far as 1999 on Peter Max's vettes.
