I have the code 28 also. Sometimes it looks lighter in bright sun; I think maybe it has a little moore metalic than stock color.

I used a longer header bolt and a stainless spacer for the back brace.

...might as well keep the thread going..........my 1982. Although I guess the Cross-Fire gives it away, huh?

Right door carpet matches now as I've replaced the panel. Still haven't vacuumed the inside though.

I always liked that color but that color is like black, if you don't wax it. It looks terrible. Yours looks very nice.

I thouight I posted here already, sorry to hurt your eyes if I did, but here they are. Hopefully by summer the beige one ('82) will look much better & lower, and the white one ('80) will be picked over for any remaining parts.

those are the first ones from when i got my vette this time last year.
i need some newer ones.
i've since added an alpine cd player, new floormats, washed it, but the paint still blows.

'81, The orig color of the car is black, the owner before me painted it silver after restoring the body on the car. It will be black once again in the near future.
