Wheel Suggestions ???
Hey guys so I am in search of some wheels and I have lookded at so many my eyes hurt. So if you guys could help with any suggestions or pics of wheels I would greatly appreciate it Thanks (I would like to have the wheels set back a bit so they have a nice big lip on them)
My car is an 80 model and I was curious if anyone could tell me the offset, bolt pattern and all that jazz for an 80 vette Thanks again

More info..........
More information would be helpful. What are you looking for 15s/17s/18s/bigger? Same size front and rear? What price range? See not trying to be harsh but the choises are limited only by your taste and budget. Is there a style that you like? What type of "look" are you after. Do you like chrome/polished/painted? Wheel/tire sizes will have a very big influence on price so if you could give us on idea on your taste I'm sure there are plenty of ideas to share. You can also do a search of some of the picture threads and see if there is anything you see that jumps out at you. Lets us know. I'm sure we can help.

Check out my 82 it has 18 X 9.5 Foose Nitrous Wheel in Chrome! They have about a 3" lip and a zero offset.

Too bad you didn't need a stock set. Just took these off a 79 Vette, the 255R60 "tires & centers" are essentially new (less than a 1000 miles) all spun balanced and ready to go. The wheels are great also..no scuffs or dings.. look a lot better in person. I didn't have time to polish or touch up the black trim. $650 for the set with lug nuts.

I would like to stay with either 15's or 17's because if i go any bigger than that you dont have much tire and I would like some tire. I want chrome I want to keep same size front and back.

Try Coys wheels, they have 17s with the correct backspace, 0 offset: http://www.coyswheel.com/coys.html
I don't have them but some on the forum do.
Happy hunting.
