Im installing the body but dont know how many shims if any go into each body mount. The car was apart for over 20 years and I have no idea how many were there from factory. How do I find this out.

You find out by trial and error. Every corvette was a little different so there is no set way of determining how many shims go to each location.

Start by dropping the body on the frame with no shims, and then go from there . Add or subtract shims in each location to achieve desired line up. It may take a while but just be patient . Eventually you will get the right # of shims in th right spot
