power steering leak
79 L82 replaced psp and hoses went three days no leaks went to take her out and started whineing big puddle under the car degreased filled and bleed ran car no leaks not pump or hoses or controll valve,or the ram so you all got any ideals?? thanks dirtymike

well it started leaking i belive its the controll valve no big leak but shes allcoverd with fluid should i rebulid or buy rebelit wilcoxs corvette is just a couple miles away should i change the ram while iam down there thanks dirtymike

Sometimes the PS pump can leak from the shaft and leak down onto the control valve and lead you to believe that is the source of the leak. The rebuilt PS pumps out there now are junk. After TWO failed rebuilt PS pumps I finally put a NEW PS pump in. That solved the problem. The quality control on the rebuilt PS pumps is PATHETIC. Go new if it is the PS pump. I have not had problems with rebuilt control valves.
