I purchased a 1982 vette it has new sway bars but rides kind of rough
I know its 36 years old and a mechanic told me new shocks are not going to get a smoother ride
should I have the suspension checked out
this is probably a stupid question but im a newbie and not not mechanically inclined

i replaced the lower control arm bushes to chassis rails and this helped a bit as the rubber inside them goes hard over time. if your hoping for a big improvement no this will not help.
