This is so awesome, I'll try to improve the look of my carpet too. You bought this product at Auto Zone ?

Yup, local Auto Zone. I was looking for something else when I spotted it. I figured what the hell? I'll give it a try. The beauty of it is you can do touch ups down the road if necessary.

used the exact same product in flat black (is that what that was?) on my interior and matched exactly with the much more expensive bottle from willcox and similar vendors. now have a fantastic looking dash! definitely diggin on that stuff.

I used flat black. I think I'd use a satin or semi gloss for panels if I needed to fix those.

Nice job Glenn!! I did mine a few years back with RIT. I found it in the local supermarket. It also worked real well. Your car is looking good hope to see you soon up at Bear Mountain Cruise.

I'm very happy with the results!
How's the body mount replacement going?

An old trick for carpets, but work very nice. When I did this to cars I'd do a light coat, let dry and then use a stiff brush to soften the carpet fibers. Spray again, let it dry and do the brush again. Sorta like lather, rince, repeat, hahahaha.

Body mounts are done. Doing some fiberglass repairs as part of the while I am at it syndrome.
