headlight removal
Simple explanation I am sure, but this is killing me: Actually having a problem removing the headlights on my '72. Even after unscrewing the two long bolts that keep the light and bezel in the assembly it seems physically impossible to get it out of the assembly...am I missing something? Do you have to take the entire light assembly? Is that stainless steel bezel supposed to be there (pretty sure it is)? Any help is appreciated.

the long bolts you are talking about are the adjusters they don`t have to be removed the only thing that holds the bulb in are the 3 small screws that hold the chrome retaining ring and the plug
