Default Hot Rod Power Tour, who's going ?

I'm planning to be in Madison on Saturday for the day, but no plans to travel to Racine on Sunday. I'd like to meet up with any of the CF members who are going. Maybe we can figure out a meeting place there.

My boy and I will be going. This will be our 3rd Power Tour. We're jumping in at South Bend, then on to Detroit, Dayton, Somerset and Bristol. We plan to stop at Bowling Green on the way back. Hope to meet some fellow C3'ers from the Forum.

I'm leaving in the am. for Madison Wis. I want the HRPT long haul sticker I hop to arrive Friday. I should be there in 3 days. Driven 80 mph 10hrs. a day. How cold is it in Madison this time of year?? Will I need more than a sweatshirt? When it gets down to the 60* I'm cold.

hopefully me in my 77 vette my brother in his 72 mustang and friend in his 73 Duster can all make it to dayton ohio and finish her up in bristol. We need to find some more people to go with us to help pay for gas and all that. Also we will be camping out in tents so hopefully it won't rain either. Gotta save money somehow when gas is 2.70 and driving muscle cars all day long.

Sweatshirt and/or light jacket, shorts and jeans and you'll be fine. I am hearing shower on both days but heavier showers on Sunday.

I will be in Madison on Saturday

This will be my 4th power tour. We're going for the long haul and then some. Will be going south from Bristol to take on the Tail of the Dragon and then venture thru Bowling Green on Sunday before heading back to St. Loius.

I had planned on making the tour this year and even scheduled my vacation around the Kentucky to Tennessee part of the tour. Then my wife went and rented a house in Florida for our summer vacation. Guess when we leave on vacation. This friday and we do not come back until the 14th. And the tour is coming within a couple of hours from my house.

I will be catching the HRPT in Somerset, and then going on to Bristol. This is my first year. I am excited about it.

A couple guys in my club go each year, and I have wanted to for some time.
