Default Your Corvette Photo Needed

Hey Folks!
I have a special request I hope you can help me with. I am requesting photos of Corvettes that I can use in an upcoming video presentation. I have received written permission to use some very patriotic music from my old friend Lee Greenwood and will be putting video to his words. Here's what I am requesting:

Quality photos (hopefully digitized) 200kb and higher, preferably in jpg, psd, tiff, or bitmap formats.

Corvettes of all years qualify.

Photos should be in quality settings, preferrably at landmarks and/or high quality nature scenes, i.e., lakes, rivers, waterfalls, scenic overlooks, historic buildings and other places.

Photos should contain no people.

Please send your submissions to my private email with your name and mailing address included. If we include your photo, you will receive a DVD with our compliments.

Thanks
Jim van dorn

Hey There!

A bit more on the picture project, just to make everything clear.

Back in 1995 when I organized the Legend Lives, Last ZR-1 event, I obtained permission to use Lee Greenwood’s music for a special video project. I asked our ZR-1 list for photos and got some really nice ones. We made the 4 minute video and played it at the end of the presentation. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house.

As most of you know, I just recently offered a Corvette Racing DVD that I edited for a seminar at the NCM. Many came up and asked for a copy afterwards so I did a bit more editing and then offered the DVD for free or for any contribution to our local humane society. We sent out 250+ copies.

Dave McLellan called me the other day needing some material for a presentation and I ran across the “ZR-1 America” video. After watching it I realized the 14 years and being VHS has not done it any justice so I decided to do a copy using fresh material and much better hardware. A call to Mr Greenwood and we’re all set!

The purpose of this video is for fun and maybe fundraising as we did the other DVD but I’m not sure what folks might do with a copy, therefore, I have to ask that any use of your photos I this production be at my sole discretion. If anyone has an objection to the use of their contributed photos(s), please notify me at vandornjim@aol.com within 3 days.

I want to thank all of you who are contributing your photos. There are some very impressive shots and I think you will be honored to be included in this project.

Still some time to find your photos and email them to me privately at vandornjim@aol.com.

Remember, scenic, patriotic, military, police, fire departments, landmarks.

Thanks folks!!
