Got the promo for my '75, in the box, same color as the car, from the 3rd owner. Also had some other items that came with the car. I'm the 5th owner. Sometimes life is good.

A promo is a model of the car. Usually 1/24th or 1/25th scale. They were often available through dealerships and other outlets.
Sales brochures are printed material.
