I cant recall where I jacked those pics, I have several posted the best,
I might have got them off the Mako forum,
I have about 50-60 thousand custom car, vette and kit car pics, yes, I have them backed up on two different external hard drives,
I just find the stuff on the net,
Here is a post I made on the Mako forum you might enjoy here,
Back in the late 70's early 80's Skorpion ( Spelled with a "K" ) Fiberglass out of Nevada offered some wild parts, they where doing wide body kits for Firebirds and Camaros,
They had two or three that were popping up in all the car rags
They offered some wild stuff including some wild Vette stuff, I still have their flyer somewhere,
I called them many times back in the day to buy parts and never got anywhere,
They offered huge bubble flares, Whale tails and weird scoops for vettes and a front spoiler on a wide body car they called the "Shovel nose"
I never saw any of this stuff on a car besides theirs and the company when defunct pretty quickly, According to my partner in the fiberglass biz , they were a spin off of Barney's fiberglass,
That Barney's got into boats but didn't want to dead end the vette stuff, but who knows it that is the case,
I do Know I have never seen a vette built with their cool parts besides the ones in the Skorpion flyer until now,
I first saw this car on
http://corvette.canney.net/webvettes/index.html
in the very cool inspirational pages, I didn't think much until I found it on fleabay for sale,
If you have seen another with this same kit I would love to see some pictures, this might be the only one their is in the world with the shovel nose,

I saw this one at PIR last week. Although I prefer a less over-the-top customization for a Vette, the split window treatment and quality of the work were really nice.

I'm sorry but these things always look like what you would get if a vette was designed by Hummer!

This is a little too far over the top for me too BUT the craftmanship and quality of the work look outstanding from the pictures you posted. Very well done!
