Default Spring In TN Part 2..........(pics)

Did a thread like this in the C5 section. Now it's the C3's turn to play.

Do you know it's Spring when the temp. is nice?

Or when the classics come out to play?

Could it be the wildlife?

Naah.......it's the flowers.

Nice pics Stingray. I see the Bradford Pears around my house are getting ready to do their thing. My neighbor across the street has lots of flowers blooming. It is getting close here in East Tennessee.

How bout the rest of you guys?

Nice

I drove mine to Etowah the other day to be in some engagement photos for a friend and his fiance. Top down, it was nice.

Had an encounter with a built up 69-70 Nova SS, I never liked the SS trim on the back of those cars.....

Have fun in Sevierville man...........wish I was going. I'm out of commission for a while ( just had open heart surgery ) 53 years old, thought I had pulled something, called the Dr and they said go to the Emergency room. I had 4 by-passes ( quit smoking 25 years ago, exercise and grill about all my food, it's genetics ) I can't even lift a battery right now to put in the Vette ! I'm doing good now, went back to work in 2 and a half weeks after surgery. People take care of yourself ! !

Hope you have a full recovery.
Maybe you could talk a family member into driving you to Expo??
I plan on taking a camera so I'll post pics when I get the chance.

Terry, I presume you should be going to rehab as I thought the Dr's recommended to every one....Haven't seen you there.....I had mine a year ago the last of April.......Went to Sevierville today and came back with 75 Corvette Convertible......got to quit going....came back with 65 Coupe last fall.....I really think this heart surgery has something to do with buying Corvettes..........

Glad to hear someone got a Vette at auction. When I was watching, nothing sold.

I took some pics of Expo but for some reason my computer won't pull them off the memory card.
I'll keep trying and get them up when I can.

I went to rehab....... because the Dr did recommended. I'm trying to do what the Dr says ( I'm kinda at their mercy ) They said it was a 12 week program, I told them I didn't plan on going to town 3 days a week and I was planning on doing my rehab at home. They said it was all volunteer and I could drop it anytime I wanted and was wasting their and my time if I wasn't going to do the whole 12 weeks ! So I went home and started walking 30 minutes every day.........I did get the battery in the Vette Saturday and took a ride for the first time this year.............what a good feeling ( real rehab ) ! I didn't get over 100 mph '65s are nice ! ! mine's a '73

It's still cold and wet here in Sarasota as well.

Gad, what a winter this has been down here. Some days it's been as warm at home in Toronto.

Terry, I guess everyone has their own opinon about rehab......My opinion certainly don't agree with yours....I've been there and done that twice......And I really doubt if putting a battery in any car had anything to do with rehabilitating your heart.....but anyway good luck!!
