Carpet and Seats...
I need to redo my interior in my car really bad.. Ecklers has the carpet kits and seat kits.. Is this a good place for carpet and seats?
Does the carpet fit nice when pre-cut?
Leather or vinyl seats and door panels?
I know the stock was most likely vinyl, but are the replacements worth it in vinyl again? And should I repad or put heat barrior down?
Thanks: Gene.

I redid mine with Willcox. (they do have a forum discount) and it is great quality and went down pretty easily with just a few minor trims. The packages they have are the best way to do it and come with carpet, seat covers (original, leather, or driver leather) and door panels.
The seat covers I got were 100% leather and came out beautiful. I did the drier leather which is supposed to not be of perfect quality but I cannot find a single defect on the seat anywhere.
I also used Reflectix from Lowes for the heat insulator under the carpet
Here's a thread I did about my interior replacement project http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/...or+replacement

Buy direct from Al Knoch if you want the best seat covers.
Everyone else is pretty much the same as each other, either selling Knoch's stuff or cheap imitations.

I ordered mine through YearOne. They were actually Al Knoch covers. Fit and look great!

Not hijacking, but how easy was it to do your own seats?
I was considering getting Al Knoch to do mine when he's at Pomona, but will miss him due to work commitments! I just did the carpet (was a birthday present so I don't know where from) and that turned out excellent (and was some hard work!)
