On my 69 Dash Harness - does the Harness go above the Tripodometer (where the trip cable exits the back of the speedo) ?

I am concerned about harness chafing - just want to be sure.

Your 69 is probably the same as my 70 (Early). The AIM shown may get you into the right area.

I checked out the reference thread and see where a change in routing occurred in mid 70. I assume my 69 harness would be short as well - but nonetheless properly routed behind the tach/speedo. That thread is here:

OK - so I am in the correct area with the harness. I will recheck a few times and then move forward.

As a note... that dang tripodometer cable is really in an acute angle. I have it routed towards the steering column and then straight down into the bracket/control ****. And the bottom right dash light lead for the speedo is almost being pushed upwards by the harness.
