Drifting
Hey guys, I am trying to put together a playlist for the cruise in that my wife and I have started, I need suggestions for car related songs. For now we are just playing fm radio with classic rock,(not too loud) but would like to play more car themed music. Can I get some ideas please?
I just read the proposed car songs suggested. Most do no not relate to cars at all. It would seem you guys are too young remember. I would suggest posting this same question on the C1/C2 forum where most of those guys lived in that period.

Burning Brakes
The Beach Boys, Jan and Dean and many other groups had many car tunes aimed at the Baby Boomers in the 60s. Where are they??

True, you could do songs that all had something about cars in them, but songs that are great to drive to don't necessarily have to have car themes do they (and I'm old enough to remember too..), The great thing about music is, just like our vettes, can accomodate all tastes.

Thank you all for the input, some great ideas. That top 100 site is awesome too. I should have enough ideas to put together about 3 hrs worth of music. I'll try to pick a little from each decade so everyone will recognize something. Thanks again.
