What are and where can I find the widest rims I can install on my stock 69 BB without any modifications?

This is something of a loaded question, I have 15x10 on the rear of my 69...they are fake centerlines and stick out ratfink style, others will fit too

If you stay with 15 in wheels, 15x8 with a 255/60 works nice out back with no issues. 15x8 with either 235/60 or 245/60 work well out front.
Or you can go 245/60 on all 4 corners - thats whats on my '69 in this photo;
Good Luck, Ed

69 with 18x10 rears - 5.25" BS I think, I can check if you would like. I also have offset trailing arms. The suspension is slightly lowered and yes they rub on hard hits.
