I can't help as far as where to get one, but when I bought my 74 recently, it already had a black power one installed and I really love it. I'm glad my car came with one.

I bought the power antenna from Ebay for ~25$ and install it in the 68 & 72 but I had to run two wires for +12V one before switch and one afterI turn the radio on and put new extension (4 m') cable antenna from the radio to antenna.
in the 68 i found +12v in the radio when I turn it on, in the 72 I need to find from where to take the +12V when I turn on the radio, maybe I will open new thread for it.
