I have been thinking about painting the mags, one would think after 34 years i would of done something.
These are the old American Vectors, close to yours but less fins. Thinking of flat black, of flat gray, stripping the body paint and going to some other color now Still will do something like what you did for the mags

Pete,
Absolutely a superb job! And wow that brings back memories of the 1980s when I had them on my 1979. Those wheels were called Western Cyclone II. I had a cone and spinner kit with mine (marketed by Eckler's for those wheels about 1980). The pic is Canon 35mm SLR I believe; pre-digital camera. LeBra anyone? I sold the wheels in the 1990s to go with factory alloys sourced from a boneyard in Arizona. The set of Cyclones went for the grand price of $200.00.
Yours look very, very nice.

Best shot I can get.
Paul. You 74 looks GREAT! I like your wheels, I just figured these were on the car and now that they shine I'm happy with them.
Still need 2 original center caps for one side but found something that fits the other side so I can live with that till the next buying opportunity.
