I realize this is an older thread, but I haven't been on the forum for quite a while and was wondering if anyone has any info on the 77-82 radio delete plates. About 6-7 years ago, I found one on ebay that has the correct part number, but the finish is textured which looks out of place and isn't quite tall enough to cover the hole where a radio would be.

Mine is a piece of stainless sheet cut and contoured to match on the end. Fastened on with wings nuts to threaded female hex stock thru the stock radio **** holes. Very simple.
