Default California Stingrays Cruise to Solvang/Buelton Pictures

Today was the first annual California Stingray cruise to the Central Coast, Buelton/Solvang. 18 cars came from the North and 18 cars came from the South. The weather was great.
We formed a new club, The California Stingrays. A club for California C2 and C3 owners. It is a very informal causual club. No bylaws, no dues. We elected Paul Dana President and Todd Elliot Vice President.

Looks like fun for all.

Except for pumping that expensive California petrol in those gas hungry cars!

I've got tons more pictures, but Photobucket is really slow right now, and I have to drive back to Monterey. Maybe I'll work on loading pictures tonight and tomorow.

That would be a pretty cool sight to see 36 old vettes rolling down the road together. Thanks for sharing the pics and hope to see more.

BEEJAY, you are fast on the computer my friend. I was hoping to be the first to put a little tease shot for those who couldn't make the cruise.

Good people, good times, good memories. I say we don't make this an annual event, but rather bi-annual or perhaps even quarterly. DAMN THE PRICE OF GAS!

I can't wait to get the DVD from the high school kids!

Mike

Oh, by the way, mine is the Red C-3!

Default Fantastic Day

I want to say thank you to Paul and to everyone who coordinated today's event - and also to all the new friends I made. It was a great day! Ron

That looks like it was a fun day.

It's also nice to see some of you older guys bringing your pretty young daughters along for the ride.

Had a great time hooking up with regular cruising friend and meeting new ones. Thanks to Paul, Randy, Tod, BJ and everyone one North and South for ALL the inputs, Ideas that made this trip possible. Oh, and the Perfect weather. Wish we could have mingled with the Southern group and talk story. Next time. Tony
