76 stingray grounds.

76 stingray grounds.
I need to check all the grounds on my 76. i'm not a mechanic but will tinker around with the car as much as I can. Can someone tell me (in detail) where all the grounds are and how to test them?

should be made to drive a Ford Pinto, until it explodes. !
you need to define your specific problem, there are many gnd' points.
start with these:
Battery -frame,
Frame - Engine
Frame -Birdcage
Alt-Frame/Radiator support
Radiator support- Headlight support
Horns - Headlight support
headlights - radiator support
each taillight - rear frame support
Gages-Birdcage
console-Birdcage

i found the two grounding areas that cause people the most problems are the radiator support and the rear frame support for the tail lights, also you would be surprised how many vettes are missing the frame to engine ground strap located under the passenger side frame horn

I had a battery charger hooked up, tried to start it and something smoked from under the hood. Ended up switching out for a new battery and I put the key in and get nothing, not even the buzzer.
