Hi to everyone:

Forum's been good to me so far So I'm again looking for someone to help me out. I just rebuilt my complete power steering system. Well, after bleeding it out, I still don't have any Power Streeing at all. The valve seems centered, as it never went to the right or left violently like everyone sez it will if the valve is off centered, when I started it. All of the lines are routed correctly. But, I still have NO power steering. One other thing, I'm using an aftermarket Pump with a remote reservoir. Has anyone had any experience using a different pump with the steering linkage?

Any Suggestions as to where to start looking? Starting to pull my hair out over this.

Since I don't know the origin of your pump, are you sure it's turning the right direction? Just a starting point.

Yes, it's running the right way. It's part of a front-runner system. Made by Zoops. Thanks much for your reply.

Thanks

Yeah, we're still working on it [my son & I] & yes, it's running an Air Management System [Air Lift]. I'm beginning to believe that nobody's doing what my son & I are doing to this 'Vette. I know March Pulleys in Florida, puts out a pulley system that fits a C3 Vette, but so far, I haven't run into anybody with one on theirs. Mine is made by 'Zoops', out of California. These guys been great to me & I would recommend their pruducts, in a heartbeat. But, they, like others, don't know too much about using this pulley system with a factory C3 steering set-up. They're use to running this pulley system on 'rack & pinion' set-ups. Like in Street Rods & such. Thanks for your reply !
