Take your time and do some research. I bought original used covers from a fellow forum member and the the pipes came from Burns

You'd think an after market vendor would make a valence that would curve over and fill the 1/4 panel area too.
although you would have an "S" seam, it wouldn't bother me.

Ok Now I now have my facts sorted. I am going to look at a 69 427 car that seller claims previous sidepipe car. I will have to get get look underside rear valance

They do make one. It "plugs" the hole, but its obviously a cheap fix and it doesnt look right.
