My Show/brag board.
Gooday All,
I got this printed & laminated for under 20 bucks (24x17in-A2 size).
My friend Dean did the original pic (with the lightning)
and I added the details.
Gonna debut it tomorrow at a local show.
Cheers from HOT & Steamy Melbourne,
Gav.

WE HAVE A WINNER
Good "spot" HOOAH,
I just looked at the "original" original & it's a reflection.
I didn't notice that 'til it was blown up.
Cheers,
Gav

Greetings All,
My first show of the Summer. Bloody Hot (36 degrees/ 97°F)
sitting in the middle of a horse racing track (with NO SHADE).
Even the Cheapest Beer was 8 dollars .
No trophies (a 2008 Bentley GT won "Best British" !!)
But we made some new friends and caught up with some old ones.
There were a few Vettes (1x C1, 5 or 6 C3s & a coupla C4s).
Overall, a great day was had by all.
Even the wife was happy=
(that's her in the second pic with the green umbrella).
And no one noticed the spelling error on my show board either.
I'm off to hit the shower and down a cold one so...

By the way nice layout on the show board.

Regardless, looks like you had a great time. With the temp and in the wide open, 15.00 probably wouldn't have been too much for the beer. Thanks for the pics and sharp Vette!!!

-space in front of second " at MIRCALLA but not after first (both should either be spaced or not)
-periods not after "headunit" and "mufflers" but after all other last words (should all be the same-I'd take them all out)
-probably should have spaces in front of "watt" and "component"
(sorry, I do a LOT of proofreading)
That really is a nice little sign- and so cheap? Wow.

Thanks for the comments guys .

The show was in Melton at TAB CORP Park.
We've got another one next Sunday at Bacchus Marsh.

Thanks for the tips.
This was my third attempt as my bloody photoshop
program kept crashing and (of course)
I hadn't "saved" as I went along.
I was pretty frustrated at that stage and just wanted it finished.
Compared to some "professional" signs I've seen at shows,
mine looks pretty good and it saves us answering the same
questions over & over.
I've been shocked at some of the quite obvious mistakes
these so called "pros" make with their high dollar work,
one comes to mind -"CHEVOLET BELLAIR" and that was on a
$100,000 show car's board.
My Stepfather was a printer and I spent alot of time "proofing"
stuff for him, so I understand where your coming from.
Again, THANKS for the comments.
Gavin.

Gooday Mate,
She's all 1974 L-82 (matching numbers) Corvette.
"Mircalla" is "her" name
(after the Vampire "Mircalla Karnstein" and funnily "she" has been sucking the life & money outta me since).
My wife decided the name when we bought it
(it was going to be our daughters name- if we'd had a girl).
