3Js,i agree the big money vettes always bring the money or the owners hold out unless it is a distress sale.Also good economy or bad economy those who have the money will always have the money.

Your sample isn't unscientific, it's inherently flawed.

Anyone that buys and sells cars on ebay will tell you that many, maybe most ebay related sales are done offline. People often end auctions early when a deal is made in person/over the phone, or deals are often made after a buys waits for an auction to end. So, any observations you make about the market by looking at "completed" ebay sales are just

That`s exactly how we found our 71 coupe. My wife is a garden nut, and one of her plant suppliers just happened to show us the car he had listed for his neighbor. By the time we called him to arrange a visit to check it out, the auction had ended.
