Default Personalized plate for '71 LT-1...let's have some fun.

So I recently purchased a 1971 LT-1 coupe, Warbonnet Yellow. I can transfer my historic plates from my '70 I sold last year, but not sure I will. That was "LVONCE". I think I had maybe 5 people get it right over the 5+ years I owned the car. It was to mean LIVE ONCE, as in YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE. My wife is an oncology NP and that is kind of the motto we live life by...do what makes you happy because life is short and you only live once!

Although that is still a great way to live, I was thinking I want something different for the LT-1. I live in NJ so for the historic QQ tags there are 6 spaces available.

I thought it may be fun to ask forum members for their ideas. Although "71 LT1" or the like are possible, it may be a bit obvious.

Thanks and have fun! Doesn't have to be all car related. Just looking for some good ideas.

Thanks!

There was a black '70 in town when I was younger and I always liked his tag... it read
"U LOSE".

If you want one that carries on the theme of your old plate but is so obscure nobody will ever figure it out, go with:

which is short for:

Sha-la-la-la-la-la, live for today
And don't worry 'bout tomorrow, hey, hey, hey

We always thought our names would be cool.... "Jim-Deb" That won`t work for everybody though. Also, select a lot of different ones, in case the one you want is taken. That`s how we ended up with "OLD GTO" on the 66 goat, every possible form of OLD GOAT was taken, except for that one.

Hey there...send me the link of the site used to mock up the plates! I have been using another but it's for older style NJ plates and yours are the current style/font, etc.

Thanks!

I guess I'm boring, but I'd get 71 LT-1 if it's available. I've got 79 L-82 on mine.

One of my car buddies who is a burnout looking for a place to happen has a very wicked '67 GTO . One evening while discussing vanity plates he came up with "IH8TYRS". He never used it but I thought it was totally cool and quite fitting for him.

Just be advised that site isn't 100% correct with the QQ tags. If you use all six characters the Qs will be smaller and on top of each other, whereas the site shows the Qs next to each other.
