Who do you recommend for plug wires??
I really screwed up big time when I was installing tight tuck headers on my 82. I had the perfect opportunity to replace the plug wires and run them in there correct loom with all that open space but declined to do so because of budget. Now they need to be replaced and in order to run them like it came from the factory I will need to remove the headers, starter and possible the front pipes. So I decided not to but to run the wires along the side of the valve cover but I don't know what application those would be for. I'm not into the fancy dancer bright color 10 mm wires, just something good quality in black so it looks stock. I've also seen the wire holders that sit vertical and snaps over the valve cover bolt (GM) but can't remember what model, maybe Camaro?? So if anyone has suggestions on what brand of wires and where to get those holders please let me know.
Also pictures would be very helpful as well
Thanks!

On my 82 stock motor I used the Taylor wires. I have always had good success with the Taylors. A good quailty wire. IMHO
Here is one choice:

You can get the Duralast brand at Auto Zone if budget is an issue. Just get a universal set and make your own / cut to size. Its not that hard. Just determine if you need straigt, 90's or 45 degree angle at the plug.

I ordered wire separators from Summit. They are Transdapt brand and run the wires along the side of the valve cover and not above it like so many of the others. Very clean looking IMO.

They are 8mm as well and black so you can avoid the colors.

They are the Autozone (Duralast) 8mm wires - universal fit, which is what I like to use. You'll really need a universal kit if you are going to use wire separators that are not stock for your car.
There is a link above the photo I posted - should take you to the correct page on the Summit Racing website. Let me know if you have problems with it and I'll post up the link again.
