Default Another Tuxedo Black 69

Car is an original Monza Red car now a Black with Monza Red accent. This is a 10 year project to this point. I'm in the process of running wiring & vacuum lines. The engine is a 74 L82 punched and stroked with AFR heads and a Comp cams roller set - up. 74 M21 and 3:73 rear. Built this from (2) cars.

One of these days I'm going to have to quit working so much and finish this car. I have a new L88 hood and a Pace car spoiler already painted black for it. I also have new 18" wheels with Goodyear F1 rubber. The car is a victim of "While I'm At It"!

Thank You Dose. It's a Labor of Love...but aren't they all? LOL

I am partial to the Black on Red combo as well...but as every one posting here knows, it's a PITA to drive it and keep it clean.

It stays in the garage while Her DD sits in the driveway.

I know, it's not "Black"...that's how we tell them apart.

Thanks again.

It should be yellow, but I always knew it would be black when I was putting it together. Base 350, 4speed no air.... My first Corvette, my first body off. Great car, I love it!
Many beautiful cars on this thread.

Love the black with the red interior. Back in 1982 my older brother purchased a 1979, L82 with the dark blue and red interior. Since then I've always loved that type of combination. Great looking car!!

I apologize, it's been forever since I checked this thread and didn't realize you guys had asked questions...

The wheels are Coys C5s. They looked and fit great, and I'm planning on getting another set for my '75 vert.

Here's some other pics of the car. Hope you enjoy.

This week I had Kaos officially & permamently pulled out of a 9+ month storage and sent over to Torq LS performance shop to have them prep it and finish off a few last items when I return to a more normal life living back here in Miami vs. South America so I can drive and beat the **** out of her starting around Jan 1st.

Here is a pic of it infront of their shop on Tuesday
