Ignatz and Muzkguy, your cars look outstanding. As a recent restorer (first vette) I can really appreciate the finish and panel fitments on both your cars. I just finished the paint/bodywork on a ´68 vert in silver (2005 VW Reflex Silver). Pics like this are my inspiration....

Thanks Rob. I've noticed that a lot of the bumper C3 cars varied GREATLY in their fitment. Stuff like the front chrome surround below the bumpers are very often a bit off alignment. And this was true right out of the factory. I think the PO of my car might have had them re-aligned to be fitting quite nicely.

I have the 496 already, so that's a natural choice, but I don't want to take out the small block and just have it sitting there. Now....if someone wants to buy the small motor, it'll be ON.....
My 77....factory silver..repainted in 1993 but due again. Car is all original other than the second paint and Western Turbines.....oh, and the annivesary chin spolier.
