Burning Brakes
Bryar Blue is looking like the one for me. Can you tell me some more details about the paint and clear coat? Is it a stock color or a custom blend? Did you do anything special to prep it before painting?
Thanks,
John

69 LeMans Blue LT1
I was the original owner of this 69 coupe It was the first "dealer built"
LT1 . I ordered the car from Clippinger Chevrolet in 1969, and about 2 weeks after ordering I was told that the LT1 wouldn't be available until
the 1970 model However, I could order the 350/350 engine and they would build it at the dealership into a LT1 by changing the cam, adding solid lifters and a bigger Holly. This was done and was covered by full factory warranty. Only one of two 69 Corvettes with LT1 engines documented.
I sold the car in 1979..it went through 4 other owners...and I bought the car back about 6 weeks ago. It's like driving a time machine
