Goodman 75k
I have a Goodman unit. It has the a/c coils included. This spring I'm going to add the a/c unit outside.
My garage is 33x44. The walls and ceiling were spray foamed and then I had Sheetrock installed with 4" bat's. I cut and fit 1 7/8 foam to the doors.
The heater works great. I think the insulation really helps.

I have a Reznor 2500 BTU Waste Oil Heater in my 42x60' Morton Pole Barn. Cheap heat and runs very smooth. Doesn't use much Electric either to run it. The perfect solution to a large building that needs to be heated. I only use it when I spend a lot of time out there where I keep my collector cars. Good place to get rid of your used oil from your oil changes over the year.
