Black with black sidepipes...pictures??
Would like to see some pictures of this combination....as I am thinking about painting my '81 black and I have the Hooker flat black sidepipes....wondering how it will look.
A search only showed one picture and I would like to see more.
Thanks

I'm not a fan of sidepipes on rubber bumper cars, but this would be the only combination that I would like, unless someone was doing a fiberglass body colored shield over them kinda like the Vipers have.

I think I am liking this combination. One difference I will have is that the back glass trim and the rocker panels on my '81 are also black. The only chrome I have is the windshield frame and the T-top cover.
I have polished stock aluminun wheels....maybe I will get them chromed.
1976 Corvette - do you have twin antennas on the back of the car or am I seeing something in the background?
Keep the pictures coming....or are there only two?

Thanks Eric.
LannyL81: You are correct. The previous owner installed a CB atlanta. So when i redo the paint on it, I plan on fiberglassing it up and making it look normal again. It kinda looks cool though on the highway though
I would give polishing up your current wheels a try before forking over the money to have them chromed. I spent 3 hours on each wheel to get them where they are now. I know they aren't chrome but they are very shiny compared to where I started from. Best of luck with your vette

When I purchased this car the wheels had been polished at some point in time...and I have not done anything to them since....owner for 12 years, so after the paint is done I will spend some time polishing them and see how they come out.
But since I am still in the process of paint removal....I have lots of time before then.
As far as the CB antenna, guess you could always replace the CB antenna with another AM/FM antenna and have the "Continential" look!
