1979 Trans Dipstick
Helping a friend out with her 1979, it was leaking fluid when I initial got it from her. Several shops have made an attemp to stop the leak via the oil pan. I recently discovered the dipstick tube was "egg shape" hence so was the hole. A local trans place suggested using the "boot" type dipstick, the boot (seal) is available, but I need help locating the dipstick to match with the boot seal. Thanks in advance.
