Amazing transformation, really loving that stinger hood. Dial down the shark bite a little.....she's riding kinda high.

I am retired so the 3 years is a lot of time on it. If I was working man it would take 8 years I think.

I'm liking it, Big Time. Great work, and yes the interior is sharp.

Very nice work. Is the hood a purchased hood or did you mold in the Stinger scoop to your original hood?

In looking over the photos again I just noticed the change on the door opener very nice. Care to share a little bit about it?

Default More about my Build

Yea, this Vette was put together with no matching numbers, I have been there and done that many times. This one I wanted to flex my creative side. So, I smoothed the door handles and key locks. Hand build like C6 door look and have sensors behind the fiberglass that access the door popers. Cut out the hole, made a fiberglass mold for the handle.

I have rear bumper sensors and a backup camera that has a display on the rear view mirror.
I put the curb sensor in the front. It will tell you when to stop before you scrape.
Have like Audi running lights in the front.
Have a 3rd break light milled out on the back top of the cooupe.
Rack and pinion steering with a 77 column, has high beem on it.
Coil over in the rear.
GT seats - they were very hard to put in and at this point are a little high but should sink a bit as time goes on.

Thanks for the info. I wanted to shave the door handles on mine but was told it would be to difficult to get poppers to work the door. Guess I will have to keep looking because they are apparently out there. Hope you don't mind if I use some of your ideas? Your car is very tastefully done.

The poppers just fit under the door latch low. You need to play with it a bit to see were the window comes down. But, yes you can do it for sure!

Default Shark bite picture from a distance

Very nice work shopman1! Would you mind adding a picture from the rear of the car? I'm curious to see how the suspension looks from around 20ft or so, without spare wheel and exhaust system.

Very I like the multi generation inspiration you have there.

Only thing I would have done without is the back up sensors. Hurts the look in the rear. Just my .02
