Gentlemen of C3 General: I was visiting with a friend this afternoon, and he pulls out the owner's manual, bill of sale, and window sticker from a 1976 Corvette coupe. With the above VIN.
It was originally sold @ 4th St. Motors in DeKalb, Illinois on 1-23-76.
Mahogany metallic with black leather.
If any of you know of this vehicle, let me know. I'm sure whoever has it would appreciate this packet.

Default #3955270 435HP L89 Block with LP Stamp & VIN
I have a #3955270 4-Bolt Block for a mid 69 production dated I 16 8 (9/16/68) with Engine Stamp T1123LP and VIN 19S709296
LP code is for L89/Aluminum Head & 4-Speed---Block is a slightly loose standard bore
Purchased it for a 69 Project---my machine shop alerted me to what it was---I would like to find the owner of the car now and reunite them if possible---otherwise block is not for sale and I'll go ahead with machine work to build my project
In the Kansas City area---PM for details

1971 Muncie Four Speed Transmission - VIN S107490 Found
Looking for 1971 "S107490" Owner Information
I checked the C-3 registry and didn't find any information.
I have located this cars original Muncie four speed transmission.
More details on the transmission will be shared soon when I pull it off the engine but wanted to see if anyone knows the owner. Long shot I know, but what the heck, worth a try to put the tranny back with its car.
PM for details please.
Thank you.

Tank Sticker for 1972 1Z37K2S523200
I have the original tank sticker for this car. The last 5 digits of the VIN are on the back in mirror image. The car was originally a white coupe with black interior, base motor, auto, full options.
I will provide the tank sticker to the owner of this car at no charge. I just need proof of ownership.

Engine Number 13S421348 V0416CKZ from a '73?
After some help from CF members, I think have decoded the NOM engine in my daily driver '58 Vette.
It has the above stampings and looks to be from a St Louis-built 1973 Corvette with a 350-cid 190-hp V-8 with 8.5:1 compression ratio, manual transmission, and four-barrel carburettor. Production unit number 421348. Not sure what date the car rolled off line based on this?
The block was cast in Flint on 16th April, 1972 at around lunchtime.
The manual trans may also be the matching original (still to be confirmed).
It will be removed from the car in near future, would be great to make it available to return to the original owner if you know how I could find that out (I guess a long-shot)?
The engine runs great, also has LT1 valve covers and aftermarket headers, carby and intake.

This engine is currently in my 1974 L82 Coupe, the engine was assembled 10/29/1974. The engine is probably from the Santa Cruz California area.
