Default tire information

I misplace my judging manual for my 71. Can anyone tell me what type and style tire were available for that year. My car is a February car. Also what valve stems were used. Thank you.

These are the tires that came from the factory on my '71 April 19 build. I still have the original spare tire with the original valve stem.

The other available tire was the Firestone "Wide Oval" tire in same size F70-15. I believe you could get either white-letter tires, thin-line whitewall tires, or 'black-wall' tires (standard issue).

Hi k62
The valve stems that were used were 1.3" long according to the TIM&JG.
If the car had PO2 wheel covers as an option, 4 valve stem extensions were included.
I believe the valve stem caps have the name DILL in raised letters at the cap's end.
The wheel balance weights were installed on the inner lip of the wheel so a weight wouldn't block any of the trim ring clips.
Regards,
Alan
