Default Surprise surprise

Went for a nice relaxing drive this morning and hit autozone for some odds and ends. I asked if they had a Haynes manual for 74 vette. He said I really doubt it but let's check the computer. Low and behold one left. Haha

Haynes book pretty much worthless for C3s.
If you have a Porsche 911, it's a pretty good book to have.

I find it a handy quick reference book if i'm looking for a diagram or tuneup spec etc. They seem to use a number illustrations from the factory manuals. I also have the AIM, factory shop manuals & garage internet to complete the resource library :-)

I like the Haynes for quick reference also. Much easier and faster finding torques and specs compared to the Corvette shop manual.
