I bought my car some time ago, it’s a 71 350/270Hp 4 speed, I realized that the carburetor is not working alright, so I bought a repair kit. I think I can repair it myself, but, there’s one piece missing in the carb, is the drivers side secondary down leg! I have another old carb where I can get the missing part, but, can it be safely repaired? I mean, it fell once… may it fall again?
Can it be repaired?
Have someone done this repair before?

That's correct. You're missing the secondary fuel discharge tube - not uncommon. You need to remove the airhorn and simply install a replacement tube into the airhorn from a donor carb. Tap it in with a hard plastic hammer and it will stay - you can put a small dab of Loctite on it to assure that it won't come out.
Fixed!
At least the secondary main discharge nozzle!
I went for a run and the car runs great on the secondaries!
But, I cant get it to idle right… the primary valves seemed bended… I should have replaced them. That will be the next job!
Some pictures!
Thanks for the help!

It's quite possible: The tube is thin-wall mild steel, and is pretty soft - it will crush like tin foil. I've seen these nozzles go right through an engine with no damage at all to the engine. The tube gets pretty mangled, though...
