Default Let's Help Get this Lego Corvette Set Sold in Stores

When it comes to toys, I couldn't care less. In fact, I've probably only played video games about four or five times during my entire human existence; however, I find this Lego Corvette build pretty damn cool. The piece just really captures the beauty of the classic 1969 'Vette, which is really impressive considering the entire thing is built out of toy blocks.

Read the rest on the Corvette Forum homepage.

I'd buy one. Then every few months they could release the next generation.

Just voted, but had to jump through several hoops before being allowed to do so. Hope it gets built.

Default I voted!

I voted!

A little bit of a pain to vote, but I voted. I decided to be 14 years old for this exercise. My better half says that is how I act most of the time, so why not?????

I have a Lego McLaren F1 car sitting on the entertainment unit in front of me. I would willingly replace it with a C3 in a second!

My son has a large lego inventory and I bet I could build it..minus the side pipes. of course the colors would be all wrong. I support it!

The design was under review from Lego and sadly was rejected shortly after in 2014.

Default Update

https://www.brickvault.toys/products/1969-corvette

The designer's instructions are available at the above link. I followed this closely and this is as close as we'll get for production.

The instructions come with a parts list. I think the total cost of parts was close to $200. But that's when I looked a year or so ago.
