Borgeson / Power steering pump ????

HISTORY.... I replaced the entire front end with new or rebuilt ....springs, ball joints, tie rods, pit arm, idler arm ....everything including new power steering pump, control valve, power cylinder and hoses.
STILL TOOK 2 ARMS TO DRIVE.....and felt worse than manual steering while sitting still.
Solution....just finished installing Borgeson conversion. Easy install, bolted right in....steering wheel centered .... no issues. Now with front tires off the ground, steering wheel turns butter smooth left to right with engine OFF. Even lighter and smoother with engine running.
Take it off the jacks and it WILL NOT turn the front tires at all....ZERO movement left or right. If I muscled it, it would break something.
Is it possible that the rebuilt NAPA PS pump is not making proper pressure to power the Borgeson steering box?????? I've checked everything, hoses aren't crossed, no leaks.

For the moment I have just had to walk away from it. I'm thinking I will order a pump from Borgeson?
