Default 1976 windshield clip
I'm not sure what it is called but it is the rubber coated clip that the wind shied sets on. I have looked some of the vendors catologs but fail to find them.

Looks like the fender/windshield filler,Yours is missing all the rubber. Go to your favorite vender and look in weatherstipping
