mysterious bracket
1969 corvette L46
Can someone tell me where this bracket goes on my car? I'm at a loss.

I dont recall seeing that. Is it metal or plastic. from the 2 tabs/ears at the top it looks like a metal bracket that would fit into a slot someplace.

Hi B,
I believe it's the small shield for the back-up lamp switch.
Mounts on the side of the transmission.
